Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to assist a young man with Angelman syndrome and complex health needs in his Eastbourne home and community. 20 hours per week, with day and night shifts, at £14.18 per hour.

You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living and community access, monitor seizures, administer medications, and assist with bowel management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Experience with learning disabilities is desirable.
• Experience in epilepsy/seizure management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
• Assist with daily living activities and community access.
• Monitor and respond to seizures; administer medication as required.
• Support bowel management in line with care plan.
• Promote independence and wellbeing; build trust with client and family.
