This is an exciting opportunity to join Libertatem Healthcare Group as a Complex Care Support Worker, supporting a young man with complex needs in Rockland St. Mary, Norfolk. You will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to help him live life to the fullest, working as part of a dedicated and values-driven team.
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be supporting a young man in his 20s who has complex needs due to Alfie's syndrome and a spinal injury. This includes providing support for seizures, mobility issues, and learning difficulties. Your role will involve following a detailed care plan, monitoring and responding to seizures, providing manual handling assistance, administering medication, and ensuring a calm and attentive atmosphere. You will need experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for asupport worker to work alongside our client with complex needs inRockland St. Mary, Norfolk.
Hours: Waking nights, up to 40 hours per week (19:30 - 07:30)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a young manin his 20's who has complex needs due to Alfie’s syndrome and spinal injury, including: seizures, mobility issues and learning difficulties. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives at home with his loving and lively family. He enjoys football, baking, quiz shows and chatting - his favourite topics range from Peppa Pig to world politics. He’s warm, funny, and truly inspiring. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.
