Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Merthyr Tydfil, county Borough.
Pay:£15.14 per hour weekdays, £16.22 per hour Saturdays & £17.30 per hour Sundays.
Hours:Full or part-time - up to 40 per week (12 or 24 hour shifts with sleeping nights, required seven days a week)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a young man in his 20's who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and mobility issues. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives at home with his mum, her partner and the client’s dog, enjoys an active social life with his friends and attends church. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.
