Job description

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You'll be supporting a lady in her 20s who, due to a brain injury, has complex clinical needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. We're looking for someone with experience in support work and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Main duties of the job
  • Assist with personalised routines, including use of hoists
  • Support with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
Working hours and pay

Hours: 24 per week over two days (10:00 – 22:00 with sleep in)
Pay: £15.54/£16.19 per hour weekdays, £16.19 Saturdays per hour & £16.85 per hour Sundays
