Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with clinical guidelines.
  • Experience in community nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care within clients’ homes.
  • Assess and implement care plans for clients.
  • Support new care packages and complex hospital discharges.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working with children, families, or adults with complex needs

Education

Registered General Nurse or Registered Paediatric Nurse
