Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide complex care in Margate. You will support a young male at home, assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and ensure comfort and safety while working closely with his family to uphold dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates have experience with autonomic dysreflexia, moving and handling, spinal injuries, or complex care. Drivers are required due to mobility needs.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of going above and beyond to help clients.
• Knowledge and experience in autonomic dysreflexia.
• Moving and handling experience.
• Experience supporting clients with spinal injuries.
• Previous experience within complex care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor health and wellbeing of the client.
• Ensure comfort and safety at all times.
• Provide support relating to medical history and individual care needs.
