Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant in Bridgend. You will support a client living at home who has a spinal autonomic dysreflexia, tracheostomy, and ventilation needs, with day-to-day personal care and monitoring of equipment.

No prior care experience is required as we provide full nurse-led training. You’ll join a people-first team that values compassion, resilience, and ongoing career development within the CCH family.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; nurse-led training provided.
• Experience with tracheostomy/ventilation beneficial but not required.
• Compassion and resilience essential for caring roles.

Responsibilities

• Support client with day-to-day activities and personal care.
• Monitor tracheostomy and ventilation equipment.
• Assist with outings and activities for client wellbeing.
