CCH is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with his wife in a home setting in Aylesbury. You will provide compassionate care, including personal support and domestic tasks, while maintaining privacy and dignity.

The role offers training, DBS coverage, and progression opportunities within the CCH group, with the possibility of national mobility within Advantage Healthcare in the UK.

Qualifications

• You’ll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and manual handling
• Bowel management using Peristeen
• Meal preparation and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Offering companionship while respecting his need for space and privacy
