Interserve Healthcare is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support a young boy with Kabuki Syndrome, Epilepsy and learning difficulties. You will provide personal care, seizure management, medication administration, observation monitoring and PEG feeding in a family-centered setting.
The role requires empathy, resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Full nurse-led training and induction are provided.
