A charity organization in Poole is seeking a dedicated children's care worker for their respite homes. The role involves supporting children and young people with disabilities, ensuring they build confidence and independence. Full and part-time positions are available, with varying shifts. Children’s Team - Lily’s Place, Poole & Lawford Lodge, Hamworthy
We are looking to recruit a children’s care worker to join our Children’s Team providing care to children and young people with disabilities across our two respite homes, Lily’s Place and Lawford Lodge. The team work so hard to make sure these children and young people can build on their confidence and independence when they’re away from home. There’s a whole range of fantastic characters for you to meet and get to know when you’re working with us.
Full time: 38 hours per week
Part time: 20 hours per week
Please note these roles involve: early shifts / late shifts / split shifts and working alternate weekends.
*Due to the current demands on the service, we require a FEMALE Complex Care Assistant*
