The role requires experience in complex care, a UK manual driving licence with access to a mobility van, and commitment to infection control, safety checks, and timely clinical interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is required with specific duties listed.
• Must have a valid UK manual driving licence and be confident using a mobility van.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the client’s support plan daily.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Monitor and administer clinical interventions in line with training and care protocols.
