Job description

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our client in and around the Penkridge (ST19) area.

You’ll be providing care and support to our male client who is full of life and brings energy to every day. He enjoys music, theatre trips, bowling, and going to the pub. He has a bubbly personality, is very chatty, and loves learning new things. He has a great sense of humour and a warm, engaging personality that makes him a joy to be around. Supporting him means not only meeting his individual needs, but also enabling him to live life to the fullest and continue enjoying the activities he loves.

Shifts include

• Day shifts from 7am to 7pm with alternate weekends or 1 day of a weekend each week

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
