Location: Kidderminster, DY11
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Day shifts (8AM-8PM). Weekend availability is required.
Contract Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

About the Role
This is a highly rewarding role where you will support a 30-year-old non-verbal individual with complex needs in their home. The individual has a full understanding of their surroundings. You'll be part of a supportive 2:1 care package, focused on helping them live safely and independently. This role includes access to a mobility vehicle to help the client get out and about in the community.
\Key responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Promoting independence and helping service users develop life skills
Providing emotional support and building positive relationships
Assisting with complex care tasks such as Tracheostomy and PEG feeding (full training provided)
Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, or participate in social activities using a mobility vehicle.
Encouraging and enabling service users to achieve personal goals
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the care team
Personal and pressure area care
Must be a driver with a full UK driving license
Able to work day shifts and commit to weekend availability
Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Up-to-date CV with full work history
