Job description

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll work long-term with one of our client's in their family home in Crawley. You'll assist the client with seizure management, PEG feeding, personal care, moving and handling, and daily living tasks.

  • To communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
  • To follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
  • To prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
  • To provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, seizure management and PEG feeding. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week. Mileage is fully reimbursed for your travel to the client's home. Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
  • Full UK driving license not essential, but preferred.
  • Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
