You will deliver detailed OT assessments, prescribe equipment and major adaptations, supervise staff, and collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered occupational therapist with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex OT caseloads and prescribing equipment.
• Proficient with Mosaic and Microsoft 365 IT systems.
• Ability to supervise and develop OT staff.
• Experience in adult social care and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adults with complex conditions in community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Assess and prescribe specialist equipment and major environmental adaptations.
• Prescribe and review highly specialist seating solutions.
• Perform moving and handling assessments ensuring client safety.
• Carry out capacity assessments and participate in safeguarding processes.
