We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our Complex Care Team. As part of this role, you will provide crucial support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in complex care.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in areas such as Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, NJ/NG feeding, stoma care, ventilator management, oral suctioning, oxygen management, humidifier management, cough assist management, BIPAP/CPAP and Nippy management, Epilepsy management, diabetic management, bowel obstruction awareness, nebulizer administration, medication administration, EOL care, and digital rectal stimulation.

Required Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required to effectively interact with individuals requiring complex care, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and willingness to work additional shifts as required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Positive Attitude: Display a positive and cheerful demeanor to create a supportive environment.
  • Personality Traits: Young, positive, happy, and interactive personality to build compassionate care and relationships.
