The successful candidate will assist with the collation and review of information relating to expressions of dissatisfaction and will acknowledge complaints in writing. They will support with the drafting of complaint responses, support with the drafting of complaint investigation notes and wil ensure that complaints are handled in line with the Housing Ombudsman Service’s Complaint Handling Code and the complaints policy/procedure
