Job summary

A growing customer service firm in Barton-upon-Humber is looking for a Resolutions Advisor to manage and resolve customer complaints. This full-time office role requires excellent communication skills and previous experience in complaints resolution. The ideal candidate will ensure fair treatment of customers while handling multiple cases. The position offers a salary of £26,156 per annum, a quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits including onsite health facilities and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and proactively resolve customer and third-party complaints and compensation claims.
  • Look after 35 to 45 customers at one time.
  • Follow company policies.
  • Ensure fair treatment of customers at all times.
  • Complete thorough and objective investigations.
  • Assist stores with related queries or concerns.

Resolutions Advisor

Barton-upon-Humber

£26,156 per annum + £750 quarterly bonus (dependent on targets)

Monday to Friday 8:55am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)

This is a full‑time office based position, applicants must live within a reasonable commute to Barton-upon-Humber.

Our client is looking for Complaint Handlers to join their growing team. Taking ownership of a portfolio of complaints and compensation claims, the Complaint Handler will investigate, resolve and respond to all issues raised by customers and third parties.
