Job summary

A hiring agency is seeking a full-time Resolutions Advisor based in Barton-upon-Humber to manage and resolve customer and third-party complaints. The ideal candidate should have experience in complaints resolution, maintain confidentiality, and manage up to 45 customers simultaneously. This role offers a competitive salary of £26,156 plus quarterly bonuses, working Monday to Friday. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in handling complaints and resolutions.
  • Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Section 75.
  • Ability to take ownership of customer queries.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer and third-party complaints and claims.
  • Manage 35 to 45 customer cases simultaneously.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of complaints.

Salary/Rate: £26,156 per year + quarterly bonuses

Resolutions Advisor – Barton‑upon‑Humber

£26,156 per annum + £750 quarterly bonus (dependent on targets)

Monday to Friday 8:55am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)

This is a full‑time office based position, applicants must live within a reasonable commute to Barton‑upon‑Humber.

Our client is looking for Complaint Handlers to join their growing team. Taking ownership of a portfolio of complaints and compensation claims, the Complaint Handler will be investigating, resolving and responding to all issues raised by customers and third parties.

Responsibilities
  • Owning and proactively resolving customer and third‑party complaints and compensation claims
  • Looking after 35 to 45 customers at one time
  • Following company policies
  • Ensuring fair treatment of customers at all times
  • Completing thorough and objective investigations
  • Assisting stores with related queries or concerns
Requirements
  • Previous Complaints and Resolution experience
  • Knowledge of ADR and Section 75
  • Ability to take ownership of customer queries and maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility with working hours and overtime, including weekends and evenings when required
