Job description

The group handle the full range of transactional / merger control work alongside antitrust litigation / cartel disputes and investigations.

Corporate transactions, whether acquisitions, joint ventures, or investments, the group apply a sophisticated assessment of antitrust risk and the successful completion of government antitrust review. Combining deep substantive and industry knowledge with a keen understanding of the government regulatory process, the team's antitrust team helps clients navigate the issues raised by regulatory agencies.

The team handle antitrust disputes arise with clients across industries to litigate the full range of antitrust matters. They handle antitrust litigation, class actions, arbitrations, appeals, and complex international litigation.

Currently very busy, they are seeking 2 ambitious and driven lawyers; 1 at the mid level and 1 at the senior level.

The work is of complex and excellent quality; the hours are long, but not NY-long and the comp£ is very competitive.
