Job summary

The role offers breadth across cross-border matters with opportunities to develop specialist expertise, including FDI considerations and sector work across technology, life sciences, energy and media.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE.
• Strong grounding in UK and/or EU competition law.
• Experience across merger control, investigations, advisory or contentious competition matters.
• FDI experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advising on UK and EU merger control, competition investigations and behavioural matters.
• Supporting complex competition litigation and regulatory mandates.
• Advising on the competition aspects of corporate transactions, including FDI considerations.
• Working on cross-border matters alongside competition specialists internationally.
• Developing expertise across related areas including subsidy control, procurement, consumer and trade law.
