Job summary

Austen Lloyd in the United Kingdom seeks a senior competition lawyer to lead a new claimant-side competition litigation practice. The role offers hybrid working with UK location flexibility and the chance to develop a growing field within a top-tier platform.

You will bring extensive competition law experience, manage complex disputes and damages claims, and drive business development to expand the practice's footprint.

Qualifications

• Experienced Solicitor with strong background in competition law and litigation.
• Proven experience in complex competition disputes and damages claims.
• Familiarity with collective proceedings and the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
• Experience with funded litigation and external stakeholders is advantageous.
• Commercially minded with ability to assess potential claims.
• Confident in managing complex matters and developing case strategies.
• Entrepreneurial approach with ambition to grow the practice.
• Strong communication and business development skills.
