The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality people analytics and reward insights that inform strategic HR and business decisions. There will be a heavy focus on the annual remuneration cycle, including annual pay reviews, input to Group Executive and Remuneration Committee papers and PLC reporting disclosures. In addition, there will be a requirement to understand and respond to queries about benefits and reward policies and update benefits information as required.
The role will also be required to manage and report on HR data, providing input to the selection and presentation of appropriate metrics. The role will have the opportunity to shape our approach to people analytics and data to support the needs of a growing business.
