Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a compassionate Female Waking Night Support Worker for our Heathside service in St Helens. The role involves delivering personal care, supporting independence, and helping residents access the local community.

You will be warm, flexible, and person-centred, with training provided. This part-time post offers 20 hours per week and a pay of £12.85 per hour, with opportunities for continued development through our Training Academy and DBS enhancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Assist service users in leading fulfilling, valued lives and participating in the community.
• Support independence in daily living, money management, social skills, and more.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to provide consistent, individual-focused care.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
