Job summary

Medivet is seeking a Veterinary Care Assistant to support the nurses and vets with in-patient procedures and daily pet care, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients and colleagues.

You’ll provide patient monitoring, help with surgeries and procedures, and work as part of a supportive team in a busy practice. We welcome applicants who stay calm under pressure, prioritise tasks and are eager to learn and grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing client care and supporting veterinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients and patients, supporting surgeries and procedures while complying with standards.
• Monitor and care for pets, including walking, feeding and toileting as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the veterinary team in a busy practice.
