Qualifications

• Experience with children in educational, care, or community settings.
• Able to communicate effectively and build rapport.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varied situations.
• Possess or willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs.
• Assist with lesson preparation and resource adaptation.
• Provide one-to-one and group support.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
• Help maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment.
