Magdalen School in Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning, assisting pupils and staff under the supervision of the classroom teacher.

You will work with individuals or small groups, help pupils understand instructions, support behaviour management, and foster inclusion and independent learning, including ICT use and safety policies. The postholder will be required to follow safeguarding and DBS procedures as part of recruitment.
