Mencap in Ryton is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist four gentlemen aged 52–81 with daily activities, personal care and emotional support. You will join a welcoming team and work under a supportive manager, with opportunities to engage residents in a weekly art, music and social program.

Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays are available; this part-time role offers a salary of £20,046 per year and a range of employee benefits.
