Agincare in Bourne, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide person-centred care and daily support for individuals with learning disabilities. You’ll assist with personal care, activities, and community outings, building trusting relationships.

The role requires a calm, patient approach, a valid UK driving licence, and 12 months remaining on your right to work. Training is funded up to QCF Level 5, with flexible bank shifts and career development opportunities.
