Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd is recruiting for a Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs across three bungalows. You will support personal care, medication prompting when needed, and ensure safety and wellbeing throughout each shift.

You will follow care plans, carry out welfare checks, maintain records, and help with household tasks in a clean, welcoming environment.

• Caring, patient and reliable person who can follow care plans.
• Calm under pressure and attentive to safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
