Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Casual Support Worker in Oxfordshire (Didcot and Abingdon). You’ll provide daily care, meals, medication support, and help residents live as autonomously as possible. This is a zero-hours, bank role with shifts available; driving is essential.

You’ll join a compassionate team, complete mandatory training, and work with individuals who may have autism or learning disabilities. A full UK driving license is required, and right to work in the UK is needed.

Qualifications

• Exposure to two of the following areas of expertise.
• Experience with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities is beneficial.
• Understanding of strategies for positive behaviour support.

Responsibilities

• Daily Care & Support: assist with personal care, meals, medication and daily tasks.
• Building Relationships: get to know the people supported and their needs.
• Empowering Independence: support personal goals and daily activities.
