Job summary

Mencap is seeking two part-time Support Workers to join our team across Hayle and Camborne. You will assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling lives. A driver is required, and shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We offer a sleep-in option with enhanced pay and a benefits package. DBS checks and references are standard, with pro-rata holiday entitlement and a variety of other perks for staff.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
