Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs in Supported Living settings, both in home and community. You will help individuals live as independently as possible, following personalised care plans.

Qualifications

• Role involves supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguarded from abuse.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and daily tasks.
• Report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
