Lifeways is seeking caring support workers in Sidford and Sidmouth to help people with physical, learning and complex needs live independently in their own homes.

We offer full-time, part-time and sessional positions with a flexible rota including day, evening and weekend shifts. A 26-hour contract is available with £13.10 per hour, plus a £200 referral reward, 3% employer pension contribution and free DBS check.

Qualifications

• Naturally caring and compassionate individuals who want to help others.
• Willingness to support people with daily tasks and independent living.
• Able to work day, evening and weekend shifts on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks and enable independence for people with needs.
• Provide friendly companionship and support to improve wellbeing.
• Work in clients' homes across Sidford/Sidmouth area with flexible hours.
