Job summary

The Frances Taylor Foundation is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at St Marys Adult Services, Roehampton. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and medication administration, while supporting mealtimes and social engagement.

This permanent role offers shift patterns (early and late) with weekend availability. You will help residents maintain autonomy, dignity, and well-being in a warm, person-centred environment managed by Frances Taylor Foundation.

Qualifications

• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others.
• Experience working with elderly individuals/learning disabilities desirable.
• Eligibility to Work in the UK: Frances Taylor Foundation does not offer sponsorship or work visas. Proof of Right to Work required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care.
• Administer medication and support mealtimes.
• Organise and encourage daily activities to promote autonomy and dignity.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement with residents.
