Active Care Group is seeking a kind and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a lady who uses a wheelchair and requires personal and complex daily care. You will join a stable 2:1 care team based in her home in St Austell, with shifts across days and some early/longer hours.

A full UK driving licence is essential to enable community activities and transportation. The role involves hoist transfers, ongoing training, and a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Female candidate required due to occupational requirement.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to undertake hoist training for transfers.
• Experience supporting someone with complex care needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support to the client.
• Assist with transfers using a hoist and manage complex care needs.
• Support the client in activities and community outings as part of a 2:1 team.
