Job summary

Hartford Care Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver the highest standard of clinical care to residents in a supportive, team-based environment. You will monitor blood sugar, administer medications, and provide thorough handovers to the next shift, while upholding privacy, dignity and independence.

You will work with management and trained nurses to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, embracing person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN and right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work as part of a caring, patient-centred team.
• Flexible, organised and compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health indicators (e.g., blood sugar) as directed.
• Administer medication and provide accurate handovers to the next shift.
• Support residents at all stages of life with dignity and independence.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care with the team.
