Job summary

HC-One is seeking kind and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams in the United Kingdom. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in a supportive, nurse-led setting and contribute to positive resident outcomes.

Candidates must have a valid NMC PIN and at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care. You will mentor colleagues and support students, upholding professional standards and person-centred care throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Valid NMC PIN is required.
• Ability to mentor and supervise colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents in a nurse-led environment.
• Make complex clinical decisions and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and assess nursing students as part of clinical education.
