Job summary

Woodcote Medical in Greater London is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our friendly GP practice. You will perform phlebotomy, collect samples, and support clinical teams while ensuring patient comfort. The role is 21.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across Purley and Coulsdon sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy safely, confidently and efficiently.
• Collect blood samples for laboratory investigations.
• Identify, label and handle samples accurately.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide a calm, professional experience for anxious patients.
• Keep the clinical area clean, safe and well-organised.
• Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team.
