Medway Food Partnership is seeking a cheerful personal assistant to support a gentleman in living an independent life. The role includes helping with shopping, cooking, meal planning, and attending appointments, with flexible hours between Monday and Friday.

The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, reliable and punctual, able to provide encouragement and prompts throughout the day, and willing to learn. DBS check and references are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Assistant is not required; keen learner would be an advantage.
• Enhanced DBS check required (cost covered by employer) and references.

Responsabilités

• Assist with food shopping, cooking and going out in the community.
• Prepare and assist with meal planning.
• Help with exploring day centres and attending appointments as required.
• Provide encouragement, prompts, and motivation throughout the day.
• Be friendly, open to getting to know me, understanding, patient and flexible.
