Job summary

Independent Lives is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant to support a woman in Crawley with a few morning hours each Thursday and another morning. The role is on-site and part-time, paying £14.85 per hour, with a focus on dignity, reliability and respectful care.

Responsibilities include assistance with hoisting, washing and dressing, and light domestic tasks to help maintain independence and daily routines. Experience in personal care is preferred and a DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
• Prior experience in personal care and hoisting is preferred.
