Job summary

You will be comfortable around dogs, adapt to changing needs, respect privacy and boundaries, and help with activities from shopping and laundry to attending appointments and social events.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with personal care and mobility support.
• Confident around dogs and able to assist with a puppy in training as an assistance dog.
• Full UK driver’s license and willingness to drive employer’s car.
• Reliable, patient, and respectful of independence and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Duties include home and personal care, laundry, housekeeping, shopping, cooking, and administration.
• Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and bathing/showering as required.
• Transport to appointments, social events, courses and day trips; drive employer in car; assist with folding wheelchair.
