Job summary

Jubilee House in Royston, Barnsley, is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents with complex needs. You’ll work 18 hours per week across shifts, cleaning wards, offices, bedrooms and visitor areas, while collaborating with the maintenance team to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to prioritise duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security standards by following Hospital policies and procedures.
• Be an active team member with day-to-day responsibilities.
• Maintain telephone etiquette and greet visitors professionally.
• Build good working relationships with staff, visitors and service users.
• Attend mandatory training annually as required.
