Job summary

Encompassborders in Galashiels is seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide 1:1 community support for a gentleman with a learning disability and epilepsy. The role requires assisting mobility, using a wheelchair, and driving the client to activities in your own car with business insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, patient, caring and reliable.
• Experience supporting people with epilepsy is desirable.
• Able to provide 1:1 support and maintain safety in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to access community activities.

• Travel with client using your own car; ensure space for wheelchair.
