Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to support Nursing and Midwifery teams in providing compassionate patient care. You will assist with daily tasks, including helping patients with washing, dressing, meals, movement, and comfort, while communicating effectively with patients and families.
