Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Live-In Carer to join our team in the UK. You will live in a client’s home and provide non-medical support to help them stay independent, while maintaining daily activities and wellbeing.

You will document client notes for the Care Manager and build trusting relationships with clients and their families. We look for a kind, compassionate person with at least one year of care experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a care setting or similar role.
• Kind, compassionate heart and a genuine desire to make a difference in clients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical support to clients in their own homes.
• Maintain the client’s quality of life and document notes for the Care Manager.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and their families.
