Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation.
• Ability to accurately record information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef or Cook with meal preparation.
• Serve meals in a timely and respectful manner.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor food storage temperatures accurately.
• Support stock rotation and ingredient storage.
• Demonstrate safe kitchen equipment usage to new staff.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean post-service.
