Job summary

Sanctuary Group is hiring a housekeeping assistant at Woodland Residential Care Home in St Austell. You will provide high-quality housekeeping to help residents feel at home, keeping bedrooms and communal areas clean, safe and welcoming.

Work with colleagues to support residents' daily wellbeing and show care, enthusiasm and kindness. A friendly, supportive team environment and flexible tasks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping within care settings preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to support residents respectfully and with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality housekeeping service that helps residents feel comfortable in their home.
• Keep bedrooms, communal areas and facilities clean, safe and welcoming.
• Work closely with colleagues to support residents’ daily wellbeing.
• Use care and attention to detail to make a positive difference to residents’ lives.
