Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking a Housekeeper/Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients. This permanent, full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £25,545 per annum.

You will work with the Infection prevention team, follow cleaning procedures and support high standards of patient experience. Prior experience is preferred, and you will join a supportive team with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ideally experienced in a similar role.
• Good communication and customer service when interacting with patients and team.
• Willingness to follow cleaning and infection prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Care about our patients and help organise your work with guidance from Heads of Housekeeping to ensure cleaning never interferes with patient experience.
• Be friendly and communicate clearly with colleagues and patients.
• Motivated, flexible and well organised to follow cleaning processes and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with Infection prevention team and report incidents to relevant colleagues.
