Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent.

• CPR FIRST/ AID & AED certification required.
• TB test result required.
• Previous experience in hospital or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene and daily living assistance.
• Document electronically intakes and outputs of urine and specimens.
• Assist and set up patients with meals as needed.
• Maintain patient's area clean and safe.
• Report any changes to the charge nurse.
